Body Conditioning

Body conditioning class will combine techniques from Pilates, yoga, and ballet to give a total body workout.  The class will help students build strength and flexibility and also help prevent injury.  Key elements focus on breathing, warm up, and “core” stabilization.  Benefits of conditioning include developing long, strong, toned muscles, strengthen abdominal muscles, improve balance & coordination, enhance breathing, retain bone density, increase flexibility, maintain healthy joints, alleviate chronic pain caused by faulty alignment, feel & look better, and increase stamina and endurance.
