Kathy Blake Dance Studios invites you to participate in our exciting annual weekend performance of SHOWTIME 2012 at the Groton Dunstable Performing Arts Center in Groton, Massachusetts.  There will be at total of six performances:

SHOWTIMES

PARTICIPATION
Children will be performing in only ONE of the shows unless you take more than one class or are in a Teen/Adult level class. 

Most Teen and Adult classes will perform in:

• The Friday June 22nd, Evening Performance at 7:30PM, and/or
• One or more of the shows on Saturday June 23rd  and/or  Sunday June 24th 

Your participation in the show is OPTIONAL and not a requirement for your class.  We believe in dance as a performing art and encourage you to join us in this exciting event. 
If you have not attended one of our spectacular shows before, be sure to ask to see our video/DVD's from previous years.  We receive rave reviews from our audiences: "Heartwarming", "Colorful", "Professional", "Joyous" & “Entertaining!!"

There are two necessary expenses for participation in SHOWTIME 2012: 

1. COSTUMES

• Each student will be required to purchase a costume selected for the class.  
• Deadline for costume ordering is Saturday January 21st.  Please respect this deadline! 
• There will be no refunds for costume orders after the deadline. 
• Tights and shoes are not included in the costume price.
• Costumes are of superior quality and price includes sizing, shipping, handling, fittings, and alterations.

2. TICKETS

• Ticket orders are placed early in May.
• Tickets cost $15.00 for Adults, $10.00 for Children under 12, and Children three or under on your lap are free. 
• A discount will be available to students and families scheduled in multiple shows.

If you have any questions or concerns about any aspect of your participation in our annual performance, please speak to Donna or Rebecca as soon as possible.  If this is your first year at the studio, be sure to ask for help if you need clarification on any of the policies regarding our annual performance. If you will be unable to participate in our annual performance, please inform someone in the office before the deadline.
